Lift Supervisor

Job Title: Lift Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor to join our client on a National Grid project.

Requirements:

• Valid National Grid Person ticket (essential)
• Valid CPCS or NPORS Lift Supervisor qualification
• Previous experience supervising lifting operations on civil engineering or utilities projects
• Good understanding of lifting plans, safe systems of work, and site health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Duties:

• Supervise all lifting operations in accordance with the lifting plan and site requirements
• Ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with current legislation
• Coordinate with crane operators, slinger/signallers, and site management
• Monitor lifting operations and stop work if unsafe practices are identified
• Follow site instructions and National Grid safety standards
• Assist with general site duties when required
