Lift Service Supervisor

Our client, a well-established and growing lift engineering business, is seeking a Service Supervisor to join their North West operation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a successful and expanding organisation that values its people and offers long-term career progression.

Working from a busy Manchester office, you''ll oversee a team of service engineers across the region, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality maintenance and repair service while building strong relationships with customers and supporting the continued growth of the department.

This position would suit someone with a strong background in lift maintenance and repair who enjoys leading teams, solving technical challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Lead and support a team of lift service engineers across the North West.
• Manage maintenance, breakdown, and repair activities within a busy service operation.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct technical surveys, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support operational performance and service delivery targets.
• Help drive the ongoing growth and development of the service department.

• Proven experience within the lift industry, ideally with a strong maintenance and repair background.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to motivate and manage engineering teams effectively.
• A customer-focused approach with strong technical knowledge.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.

• Salary up to -60,000 depending on experience.
