Your primary focus will be securing new maintenance contracts, retaining key accounts, and expanding the lift service portfolio in a high-opportunity region.Key Responsibilities of a Lift Service Sales Manager:Proactively sell lift maintenance contracts to new and existing clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sectorsMeet or exceed sales and profitability targetsPrepare and present detailed proposals and quotations for service agreementsAnalyse client needs, tenders, and technical specificationsWork closely with internal teams to ensure successful service deliveryMaintain a strong pipeline and follow up to close sales opportunitiesRequirements for a Lift Service Sales Manager:Proven experience in lift service contract sales.Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and organisational skillsTechnical knowledge of lifts or MandE systems is an advantage, but not essentialFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel as requiredClear development and career ..... full job details .....
