Lift Service Engineer

This well-established and growing independent lift company are currently seeking an experienced Lift Service & Call Out Engineer to support them with servicing, maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs across Cornwall and the surrounding areas. As a Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing your own designated service route across Cornwall
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and minor repairs
• Applying your knowledge as a Lift Engineer in fault-finding situations
• Attending reactive call outs when required
• Participating in an on-call rota
• Working to best practices and maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A background in lift engineering, ideally within service and maintenance
• NVQ Level 3 is essential
• Experience working on a variety of lift products
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A full UK driving licence
