The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering lift installation, modernisation, and refurbishment projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities of a successful Project ManagerManage multiple lift installation and modernisation projects simultaneously.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate site activities with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company proceduresMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutionsManage project costs, variations, and financial performanceAttend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholdersEnsure all project documentation is completed accuratelyOversee commissioning, testing, and handover of completed installationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractorsKey RequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager within the lift, elevator, construction, or building services industryStrong understanding of lift installation and modernization ..... full job details .....
