This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lift professional to manage multiple live projects from pre-start through to completion, working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.The RoleManage lift modernisation, refurbishment and new installation projectsTake full ownership from planning and pre-start through to handoverCoordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clientsManage programme, costs, quality, safety and project documentationOversee installation, testing, commissioning and close-outConduct site visits, progress meetings and quality inspectionsManage defects, variations and project reportingPre-Start and Site ReadinessReview scope, specifications and installation methodologyConfirm shaft, pit, access, power and site readiness requirementsReview RAMS, lift plans, lifting arrangements and safety controlsCoordinate delivery schedules, site logistics and other tradesEstablish clear responsibilities and communication proceduresAbout You5-7 years'' experience within lift project deliveryExperience managing multiple sites and project teamsStrong background in lift modernisation, ..... full job details .....
