Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Repairs & Full Replacement Sales Manager to join a leading lift engineering company.
We''re looking for someone with a strong background in lift repairs and full replacement sales who understands lift design and construction processes and can effectively lead and collaborate across sales, engineering, and design teams.

The Lift Repairs Sales Manager Role

You''ll play a key role in driving sales activity for lift repairs and full replacement projects across the UK.

• Lead sales for modernisation and full replacement of lifts in existing buildings
• Ensure all activities align with safety, quality, and ethical standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support and mentor Sales, Engineering, and Design teams
• Facilitate project design coordination and oversee the tender process
• Identify client needs and provide effective, tailored solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams

The Lift Repairs Sales Manager Candidate

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in lift industry sales
• Strong understanding of lift design and construction processes
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex sales cycles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams
