Working closely with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders, you''ll help ensure our lifts remain safe, compliant, reliable and provide an excellent service to residents.The Lift Engineer plays a key role in planning, specifying and overseeing lift maintenance, repairs, refurbishments and replacement projects. Using your technical knowledge and practical experience, you''ll identify opportunities to improve asset performance, minimise downtime and ensure all works meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in lift engineering, asset maintenance, compliance, building safety and contractor management who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement to deliver positive outcomes for residents.
