Salary: -50,000 - -55,000 DOE
Benefits: -500/week standby, highly paid overtime, all travel paid, NVQ Level 4 & management progression
Locations: Newport, Cardiff, Cwmbran, Caerphilly, Barry, Abergavenny, Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend, Bristol and the surrounding South Wales areas.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Lift Engineer to join a respected lift company covering Newport and South Wales. This is a service and repair role offering strong earning potential, a local route, and genuine long-term progression.
You''ll take ownership of your service route, carrying out maintenance, repairs, fault-finding, and call-outs on passenger and goods lifts while ensuring high safety and service standards.

• Service, repair, and maintenance of passenger and goods lifts
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Breakdown response and call-outs
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Accurate reporting of repairs and defects

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years lift industry experience
• Background in service, repair, or installation
• Full UK driving licence
• Within commuting distance of Newport

• Excellent overtime opportunities
• -500 per week standby allowance + money per call-out
• All travel expenses paid
• Stable South Wales route - no nationwide coverage
• Progression into management or technician roles
