Lift and Escalator Operations Support - Office Based - Canary Wharf - 45,000 CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading property and estate management organisation for a Lift and Escalator Operations Support professional to join their team at a major commercial estate in Canary Wharf. This is a varied role supporting the Lift and Escalator Services Manager in ensuring a large portfolio of lifts and escalators remains safe, compliant, reliable and operating to a high standard. The role would suit someone with experience in the lift and escalator industry, or a related building services environment, who has a good understanding of technical operations but also enjoys the coordination, contractor management and administrative side of facilities.What You''ll Be Doing Health, Safety and ComplianceSupport compliance with Health and Safety legislation, statutory requirements, CDM and permit-to-work procedures.Review contractor RAMS and assist with permit approvals.Maintain records relating to LOLER inspections, audits, defects and contractor performance.Support the management and updating of the lift and escalator asset register.Asset and Service ManagementMonitor contractor call-outs, repairs and equipment restoration.Maintain accurate asset, defect and maintenance records using SharePoint and other systems.Carry out routine inspections and condition assessments of lifts and escalators.Monitor planned maintenance programmes, contractor attendance and service ..... full job details .....
