ABOUT WAND UK WAND is a women led and operated organisation that seeks to help women become agents of their own change and hence influence their families and communities. We work with all women including those in marginalized and excluded communities through advocacy, support and advisory services. This post is open to women only and is exempt under the Sex Discrimination Act 7(2) (d) and (e) and the Race Relations Act 5(2) (d) 1976.
