Hours - Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays Key Responsibilities: Maintain continuous and focused observation of all water areas, ensuring the safety of all swimmers and guests. Operate and supervise water attractions, including slides, Pool, Splash Park and other water related activities. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, performing rescues and administering first aid where required. Adhere to all relevant legislation, including Health and Safety, Hygiene, First Aid, and Fire Evacuation protocols. Complete all paperwork neatly and accurately within specified deadlines. Report all potential accidents, hazards, and near-miss incidents to management. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of poolside, changing, and leisure areas.
