Job Description

Lifecycle Services Teamcenter Administrator - Temporary Position

About the Role

As a Lifecycle Services Teamcenter Administrator, you will support the implementation and adoption of Teamcenter by reviewing, validating, and maintaining engineering and spare-parts information. Your work will directly contribute to improving data quality, supporting project close-out activities, and ensuring accurate records are available for future service and operational requirements.

Initially, your focus will be on completing data for active project close-out before progressing to the review and enhancement of legacy records. Working closely with the Spare Parts Engineer, you will use approved source information-including SPIRS lists, Excel spreadsheets, project documentation, and engineering records-to ensure information within Teamcenter is accurate, complete, and consistent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with structured information, business systems, and technical documentation. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Why Join NOV?

At NOV, you''ll contribute to projects that improve the quality and reliability of engineering data used across our global business. You''ll gain experience working with Teamcenter, one of the world''s leading Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, while collaborating with experienced engineering professionals in a supportive team environment.

This temporary assignment offers valuable exposure to engineering data management and business systems, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build experience within engineering support, document control, or product lifecycle management.

Working Arrangements

This position is based in Aberdeen and is expected to last approximately five months.

On-site working is preferred to support training, collaboration, and system access. For suitable candidates, remote working may be considered following successful completion of an initial week of on-site training and a remote working assessment.
