The Role...

We are seeking an experienced

Life Guard

to join our London team at Soho Farmhouse

(OX7 4JS) . As a Life Guard at Soho House, you will warn members of improper activities or danger and enforce pool regulations and water safety policies. You''ll administer first aid in the event of injury, rescue swimmers in distress or danger and administer CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.

What we are looking for...NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)Team player who communicates well with all colleaguesPunctual, reliable and trustworthySense of urgencyYes, yes, yes mentalityAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills/QualificationsNPLQ qualification (Lifeguard course) preferred however not essentialFlexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as neededAbility to multitask and excel in a high-volume and demanding fast-paced environment

Physical RequirementsMust be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
