This is an excellent opportunity for a Licensing Operations Specialist with strong software licensing knowledge, particularly across Microsoft technologies, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful Licensing Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting sales teams, vendors, and customers by delivering accurate, compliant, and commercially competitive software quotations. Your responsibilities as the Licensing Operations Specialist: Act as the go-to Licensing Specialist for Microsoft software licensing and other strategic software vendors as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software licensing programmes, vendor policies, and commercial best practices. Qualify customer requests and engage directly with customers to fully understand their licensing requirements. Support specialist sales teams throughout the quotation and order life cycle. Ensure pricing submissions utilise the most appropriate pricing structures, agreements, and customer banding levels. Produce accurate, customer-facing quotations and associated documentation.
