The Role You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently whilst delivering exceptional client service. Matters will include: Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases New Build Properties Shared Ownership Transactions Remortgages Transfers of Equity Auctions Unregistered Land Transfers of Part Lease Extensions and Enfranchisement Matters Residential Property Transactions Land Registry Applications SDLT Submissions Title Investigations You will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently whilst maintaining compliance with SRA, CQS and internal procedures.
