Licensed Aircraft Engineer Job OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and self-driven B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to carry out a range of maintenance activities on large commercial aircraft. The role involves both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, always prioritising safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality standards.The successful candidate will lead and mentor team members as needed and be responsible for ensuring that all tasks meet maintenance organisation approvals and customer expectations.Duties will include aircraft and engine storage, modification implementation, defect rectification, and engine removals.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved procedures and customer work ordersComplete and verify all required maintenance documentation, including that of supporting team membersEnsure maintenance activities are executed efficiently and on timeCommunicate progress, manpower needs, and critical tasks to senior managementMaintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and FOD prevention within the workspace Licensed Aircraft Engineer Salary and BenefitsSalary: 80,000 - 85,700 per yearHoliday Entitlement: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysShift Options: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-FridayPrivate HealthcareAnnual Performance BonusPension SchemeLicensed Aircraft Engineer Job RequirementsValid EASA B1 or B2 LicenseType-rated on: A330 (GE CF6, PW4000, RR Trent 700)A320 (CFM56 and IAE V2500) or ..... full job details .....
