Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files with minimal supervision.Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions.Drafting, reviewing, and advising on contracts, title documents, and other legal paperwork.Conducting searches, raising enquiries, and reporting to clients.Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies.Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships.About You

Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.Minimum of one year residential conveyancing experience.Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law.Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.What We Offer
