      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Librarian and Administrative Support Officer  Salary: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term (Starting September 2026) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (Term time + 2 weeks) Location: Tottenham, London  About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated Librarian and Administrative Support Officer to manage our Learning Resources Centre (LRC). In this dynamic role, you will foster a stimulating, organised, and inclusive learning environment, driving a culture of reading for pleasure and academic success across all key stages. Key Responsibilities  LRC Operations: Supervise, organise, and timetable the LRC and study centers; manage resource budgets, record-keeping, and ICT maintenance. Literacy Promotion: Collaborate with the English and Media departments to organise annual Book Weeks, author visits, and promote reading schemes like Accelerated Reader. Student and Curriculum Support: Guide students and staff in resource selection, deliver information-skills training, and run lunchtime, break, and after-school homework/study clubs.
