Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualificationsWe have a fantastic opportunity for Claims Technicians working on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
Manage Employers Liability, Public Liability, and property damage claims, making informed decisions and taking claims through to settlement.
Identify fraudulent claims, evaluate evidence, handle correspondence and calls, issue client updates, and maintain diary processes.
Demonstrate empathy, understanding, and strong communication skills in interactions with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Work in a fast-paced environment, handling claims up to £10,000 at the desk for Simply Business liability team.
Qualifications / Skills
Experience in managing claims across multiple liability areas:
Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
Excellent communication skills:
Ability to explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements.
Commitment to professional development:
Dedication to working towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters'' Cert CILA qualification is essential.
