You will be leading the programme through the full lifecycle of the project from scoping through to delivery.The role is hybrid but will be predominantly from home with requirement on-site for monthly meetings and key stakeholder engagements.You will be engaging with senior stakeholders across the county, building strong relationships both internally and externally as required to deliver the programme. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and delivery of the overall LGR workstream or programme.Develop and maintain programme plans, milestones and transition roadmaps.Ensure statutory deadlines and government requirements are met.Establish programme governance structures, boards and decision-making forums.Produce progress reports, dashboards and briefings for senior leaders, members and government stakeholders.Track benefits, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID management).Provide assurance that transition activities remain on schedule and within budget...
