Pay Rate: -43.80 per hour (Limited/Umbrella) Location: 32 Rushey Green, Catford, London, SE6 4JF Working Pattern: Hybrid * One day per week in the office (preferably Wednesdays) * Home visits within the community * Working from home available  Main Purpose of the Role To provide a Community Occupational Therapy Service for physically disabled children and young people with multiple and complex disabilities, including those with learning disabilities and mental health needs, who are living in or are the responsibility of the London Borough of Lewisham.
