You will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential, supporting both academic progress and personal development.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.Assist in monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN.Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.Provide classroom cover when required and support the wider school team.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A recognised Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.Previous experience working within a school setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable.A proactive, ..... full job details .....
