These roles involve providing targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils with mild to moderate special educational needs within mainstream classrooms. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential while working within supportive school environments. As a Level 3 TA, you can expect to: Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils predominantly in Nursery, EYFS or KS1Support pupils with mild to moderate SEND, helping them access the curriculum and develop confidence in learningAssist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom managementHelp create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environmentWork collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and support staff to monitor pupil progress and wellbeingSupport the preparation of learning resources and ..... full job details .....
