Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Lower Key Stage 2 at a welcoming and supportive primary school in North Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled TA who is passionate about making a positive impact on children''s learning and development during these crucial years.

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to boost attainment
• Providing targeted support in literacy and numeracy
• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment
• Assisting with classroom preparation and general duties

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Recent experience working within a primary school setting, ideally KS2
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Lower KS2
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
