Your duties will include:Direct Pupil Support: Working with individuals and small groups of pupils, often without direct teacher supervision, to implement planned learning activities and interventions (e.g., literacy and numeracy booster groups).Supporting Learning: Assisting the teacher in the whole planning cycle, preparing and maintaining specialist resources, and providing objective feedback on pupil progress and attainment.Specialist Needs: Providing detailed support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEMH), including implementing and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Classroom Management: Assisting with general classroom organisation, management of pupil behaviour, and encouraging positive social and emotional development.Cover Supervision: Supervising the whole class for short, planned or emergency periods in the absence of the teacher (within agreed parameters).Safeguarding and Well-being: ..... full job details .....
