We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive early years setting in Stoke Mandeville. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children in their foundational learning journey, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), both in small groups and one-to-one.
- Help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and positive behaviour.
- Work closely with teachers and early years practitioners to plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
- Monitor childrenandrsquo;s development across the EYFS areas, providing feedback and contributing to individual learning plans.
- Support the development of childrenandrsquo;s communication, social, and emotional skills through play-based learning.
- Assist with managing behaviour in a gentle and supportive manner, promoting emotional regulation and resilience.

Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Experience working with children aged 0andndash;5, ideally within a nursery or reception class setting.
- A warm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with young children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development and safeguarding.
- Able to take initiative and contribute positively to a team-focused environment.
