About the Role:
A thriving nursery and primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This role is ideal for someone with a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education who is passionate about supporting childrenandrsquo;s early development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS provision
• Assist with phonics, early maths, and play-based learning
• Work with individuals and small groups to support development
• Monitor and record observations in line with EYFS framework

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
• Strong understanding of child development and EYFS curriculum
• Enthusiastic, nurturing, and proactive approach
