About the Role:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, supporting pupils throughout their learning
- Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support for children requiring additional guidance
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Encourage and motivate pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a positive attitude toward learning
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupilsandrsquo; academic progress and overall wellbeing
The ideal candidate will:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience supporting children within a school or educational environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude towards supporting children''s learning and development
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
