The successful candidate will have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide high-quality support, helping pupils access learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.  The role will involve:   Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.  Supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom to promote engagement and positive behaviour.  Assisting with the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities.
