Level 3 Teaching Assistant (SEN Focus) - Supply BasisChesterfield and Surrounding AreasTradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants with a strong SEN focus to work across a trust of schools in the Chesterfield area on a flexible supply basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate support staff who are committed to helping children with additional needs achieve their full potential while enjoying the flexibility and variety of supply work.The RoleAs a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (SEN Focus), you will:Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMHDeliver targeted interventions and support learning on a 1:1 and small group basisAssist class teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environmentSupport pupils'' emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independenceAdapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needsWork collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staffRequirementsSuccessful candidates will ideally have:A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationPrevious experience supporting pupils with SEN within a school environmentStrong communication and behaviour management skillsA patient, adaptable, and proactive approachThe ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staffAn enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)What Tradewind Recruitment ..... full job details .....
