This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping children with SEND, SEMH, and complex needs grow in confidence, independence, and learning.About the Role as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:Provide expert 1:1 and small group support to pupils with EHCPs and additional needsDeliver tailored interventions and support plans to help pupils overcome barriers to learningMentor and guide pupils, promoting resilience, emotional regulation, and positive behaviourWork closely with teachers to co-plan lessons, track progress, and contribute to pupil developmentSupport the wider school team in creating a nurturing, inclusive learning environment What We''re Looking For in a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:Proven experience supporting children with SEND, SEMH, or complex needsA Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and colleaguesA compassionate, calm, and proactive approach to behaviour and learning supportStrong understanding of Autism, SEMH, and SEND strategies To Be Eligible You ..... full job details .....
