Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary School Manchester and Surrounding Areas Full-Time and Long-Term Opportunities Aspire People Aspire People are recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who hold a relevant Level 3 qualification and have more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school. The Role: Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils Supporting pupils with SEND, learning difficulties, and additional needs Assisting with planning and delivering learning activities Supporting phonics, Maths, English, and curriculum-based interventions Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and resilience Supporting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff Monitoring and recording pupil progress Supporting classroom routines and maintaining an inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate: Holds a relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification Has more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school Has experience supporting pupils across the primary age range Has a strong understanding of classroom support and pupil development Is confident supporting pupils with SEND Has excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills Is patient, adaptable, and committed to ..... full job details .....
