Level 3 Teaching Assistant - PrimaryPrimary School Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Aspire PeopleAspire People are recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary school settings.We are looking for qualified and experienced Teaching Assistants who can provide high-quality classroom, intervention and SEND support.Requirements: MUST hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification MUST have previous UK school-based experience Primary school experience is essential SEND experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion Confident supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups Strong communication and behaviour management skillsThe Role: Supporting teaching and learning across the primary classroom Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs Delivering interventions and targeted activities Assisting with differentiated lessons Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation Helping pupils develop independence and confidence Monitoring and recording pupil progress Working closely with teachers and SENCOs Supporting classroom routines and transitionsThe Ideal Candidate: Level 3 qualified Previous UK school experience Confident working across the primary age range Strong understanding of child development and learning Patient, proactive and adaptable Able to work independently and as part of a team Passionate about ..... full job details .....
