Level 3 Teaching Assistant - PrimaryFull-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Aspire PeopleAspire People are recruiting qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the local area.We are looking for candidates who hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification and have recent experience working within a UK school.The Role: Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Delivering targeted learning interventions Supporting phonics, literacy and numeracy Working with pupils with SEND and additional needs Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation Assisting teachers with classroom learning and preparation Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff Helping pupils develop independence, confidence and social skillsThe Ideal Candidate: Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification Has recent UK-based school experience Confident supporting pupils across the primary age range SEND experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of classroom support and interventions Patient, adaptable and proactive Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong commitment to safeguardingWhy Work with Aspire People?
