Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Contract Type: Full-time – Term Time Only
Salary: £90 – £120 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
A large primary school in Milton Keynes is looking for a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support across KS1 and KS2. This role will involve classroom support, small group interventions, and occasional cover under teacher guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups
• Assist teachers in planning and preparing learning resources
• Support children with SEN, EAL, and varying abilities
• Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous school-based experience desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
