Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a vibrant mainstream primary school? We are seeking a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant (leyland) to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)

• Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy

• Provide in-class support to enhance learning and engagement

• Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required

• Contribute to planning, assessment and pupil progress tracking

• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND

• Promote positive behaviour and a safe learning environment

What We Are Looking For

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience working within a mainstream primary setting

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C/4+ in English and Maths or equivalent)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive, flexible and nurturing approach

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
