Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join a number of welcoming primary schools across Derbyshire. This role involves supporting teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences and helping pupils reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.

• Work with individuals and small groups of pupils to support learning and development.

• Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of learning materials, and displays.

• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional learning needs.

• Promote positive behaviour and support pupils'' social and emotional development.

• Contribute to monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers.

Requirements

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• Experience working within a primary school setting.

• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children.

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
