Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary School Full-Time Long-Term Opportunity Aspire People Aspire People are seeking a confident and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning, leading intervention groups, and helping pupils achieve their full potential. The Role: Delivering targeted intervention sessions in English and Maths Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required Helping monitor pupil progress and attainment The Ideal Candidate: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Recent experience within a UK primary school in the last 2 years Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum Confident working independently and as part of a team Passionate about supporting children''s education Why Aspire People?
