This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils'' learning and development across the primary age range.The school prides itself on maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment where support staff play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential.The RoleAs a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of engaging lessons and provide targeted support to pupils who require additional guidance.Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation Leading small group learning sessions in literacy and numeracy Providing additional support to pupils who may be working below age-related expectations Supporting classroom behaviour management strategies Assisting with planning and adapting learning resources Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environmentThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a candidate who: Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Has recent experience working in a primary school setting Has strong literacy and numeracy skills Is confident supporting pupils both in groups and on a 1:1 basis Demonstrates excellent ..... full job details .....
