Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to join a supportive primary school environment.

The school is looking for a skilled and confident Teaching Assistant who can provide high-quality support across the classroom, work alongside teachers, and help pupils achieve their learning goals.

This role would suit someone with strong curriculum knowledge and experience supporting children within a UK primary school setting.

**The Role:**
* Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
* Delivering targeted small-group interventions
* Supporting pupils with Maths, English, Reading, and Phonics
* Assisting teachers with lesson activities and classroom organisation
* Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
* Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Confident delivering intervention sessions
* Positive approach to behaviour management
* Passionate about supporting children''s development
