Aspire People are recruiting experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified TA looking to secure a long-term role where they can use their experience to make a real difference to pupils'' learning and development.

The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support across the classroom
* Supporting pupils with Maths, English, phonics and reading
* Delivering targeted learning activities and interventions
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
* Helping pupils develop independence and confidence
* Supporting positive behaviour and effective classroom routines
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff where required

The Requirements:
* Recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* More than 6 months'' UK-based experience working within a school
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary setting
* Confident supporting pupils across different year groups
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Able to work independently and use initiative
* Reliable, professional and committed approach
