This is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual who is passionate about supporting children''s learning and wellbeing. The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach and willing to work across the school, including supporting children in our Nursery provision and providing targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) throughout the primary age range. The Role The successful candidate will: Support high-quality teaching and learning across the school. Work with individuals and small groups to promote progress and raise achievement. Provide high-quality support within our Nursery setting when required. Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Assist in implementing individual support plans and work closely with class teachers, the SENDCo and external professionals. Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and inclusion.
