Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (CACHE or NVQ) to work on a temporary, ongoing supply basis across a variety of welcoming primary schools throughout Doncaster.

This Level 3 Teaching Assistant opportunity offers flexibility whilst allowing you to support pupils throughout EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Working as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Doncaster provides the opportunity to work within supportive school environments, with some roles including intervention work and supporting pupils with additional needs within mainstream classrooms.

Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply

Pay: -92.56 - -95 per day (paid via PAYE, no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay, dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available)

About the Role

Working as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Doncaster, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons while helping pupils build confidence and achieve their full potential.

The Level 3 Teaching Assistant role in Doncaster includes classroom support, intervention sessions and occasional 1:1 support where required, making every day rewarding and varied.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Deliver targeted intervention sessions
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE or NVQ) essential
• Previous experience working within a primary school
• Positive and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
