Level 3 Teaching Assistant

We''re looking for a reliable and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a school in Bexley, with a start available as soon as possible.

This is a full-time role supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2. You''ll need to be confident working with a range of needs, including pupils who may display challenging behaviour.

You should have:

* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Previous experience working within a school
* SEN experience would be an advantage
* Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent way
* A good understanding of safeguarding procedures and school policies
* The ability to follow safeguarding guidance and report concerns appropriately
* A current DBS, or willingness to apply for a new one
* A driving licence is preferred
* A positive and flexible approach to supporting pupils across different year groups

- Bexley
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Full-time
- Immediate start available
