Level 3 Spa Therapist

We are looking for either a full time or part time/job share-qualified Level 3 Spa Therapist to join our professional spa team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate therapist who enjoys delivering exceptional treatments and creating memorable client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform a variety of advanced spa treatments, including body massage (hot stone, aromatherapy), electrical facials, body wraps, and hydrotherapy treatments
2. Conduct professional client consultations and skin/body analysis to create tailored treatment plans
3. Provide skincare advice and product recommendations to support client results and achieve retail targets
4. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms and spa areas
5. Deliver an outstanding guest experience, encouraging repeat bookings and long-term client relationships

Requirements

1. Level 3 Diploma in Spa Therapy or Beauty Therapy (NVQ / VTCT / City & Guilds)
2. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and advanced spa treatments
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Professional, reliable, and passionate about client wellbeing
5. Previous spa or salon experience preferred
