The successful candidate will provide tailored support to pupils with high complex needs, working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and specialist support staff to implement individualized learning strategies and support plans. Responsibilities Preparation of resources and activities for 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs and EHCP targets.
