This full-time role focuses on providing specialist nurture, emotional regulation, and academic support to vulnerable pupils facing barriers related to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.The RoleIn this role, you will work closely with the school''s pastoral team and SENDCo to support students who find the standard classroom environment overwhelming. You will be the steady, encouraging presence that helps them navigate their school day, manage emotional dysregulation, and build vital life skills.Key Responsibilities:Targeted Interventions: Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group sessions focused on emotional literacy, resilience, and self-esteem.De-escalation Support: Implement positive behaviour strategies and trauma-informed approaches to diffuse challenging moments and create a safe environment.Academic Mentoring: Help students access a differentiated secondary curriculum, breaking down tasks to reduce frustration and anxiety.Progress ..... full job details .....
