We’re working with a beautiful, independent nursery based in West Horsley, Surrey, rated Ofsted Outstanding, to find a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their close-knit and highly experienced team. This is not part of a chain – your place of work will be fixed, and you''ll be joining a nursery with exceptional staff retention, where many of the team have been there for over 10–20 years.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5, in line with the EYFS
• Planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Observing and recording children’s progress and development
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
• Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Knowledge of EYFS and best practices in early years education
