What You ll Be Doing You ll join a nurturing, child-focused nursery that puts children s wellbeing and development at the heart of everything they do. Depending on your experience and level, you ll: Provide high-quality care to children from birth to three years. Act as a Key Person, developing strong relationships with children and their families. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework. Ensure safeguarding, safety, and wellbeing are prioritised at all times. Contribute to a clean, safe, and stimulating environment. Work collaboratively with your team and support your colleagues. Participate in training, staff meetings, and out-of-hours events or activities when needed. Support children with additional needs and liaise with the setting s SENCO where appropriate. Carry out day-to-day duties including preparing snacks, cleaning toys, and supporting nursery routines.
